LUNCAST - SNT is a wide range exothermic covering
powders. LUNCAST - SNT is developed for ingot casting (bottom and top),
in two main forms: standard (for ingots less then 1 ton) and low percentage
of Al (for ingots biger then 1 ton), with expanding additives. Functions of the exothermic covering powders: - minimizing top losses of the ingot and increasing the yield - thermal insulation of the metal surface LUNCAST - SNT is recommended for all killed steel grades cast. The application is manual. The consuption is 2.0 - 2.5 kg/t steel. |
