MgO based gunning mixes are suitable
for repairing of BOF, EAF and ladle. They are applied by hot gunning. |

|||||||||
MgO based ramming mixes are used
for repairing of tap holes of EAF and well blocks of ladles. They are
applied by ramming or vibration casting after mixing with water. Drying
at 110°C is recommended in order to remove moisture before use. MgO and M2S based ramming mix is insulating material, which can substitute the insulating lining of ladles. Spinel (MgO.Al2O3) based ramming mixes are highly refractory products. They are recommended for the lining IF. |

MgO and M2S based mixes
are applied to working lining of tundish with a very good adhesion.
They are apllied with a special spraying machine to produce aligning
with a thickness of 30-50 mm. Three hours of drying at 600°C is
recommended before use. |

MgO based insulating dry mixes are applied to
working lining of tundish or as backfill in ladles. They are applied
to working lining of tundish with a special clishe. Drying at 200°C
is recommended before use. |
